Where can I find the Size Guide?
99% of the time, the Size Guide will be found alongside the product itself within the images, however, if there is no size guide, please ensure you size up your regular size by 2 or if you are still unsure on what to do please contact us at support@fluxstar.store. To be clear, there may be a margin of error of 1-3cm for each size due to the manufacturer hand measuring the products, so keep that in mind when picking the size. All measurements are in centimetres (cm) unless stated other wise. It is imperative to follow the size guide so, please, ensure you follow the size guide if its been provided. Thank you.

What kind of Payment Methods do you accept?

Refunds
We only offer refunds if your order arrives damaged. To qualify for a refund, you must contact us at support@fluxstar.store within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage and your order number.

Processing Refunds

What is your Shipping Policy?
Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 business days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
