Order Tracking

My Tracking Number Isn’t Working
While most orders include a tracking number, some may not. If your order doesn’t have a tracking number, please reach out to us at support@fluxstar.store, and we’ll be happy to assist. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within a few days of your purchase, which you can use on our Track Order page. Be sure to enter your code carefully or copy and paste it directly.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Shipped?
Once your items have been shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address and phone number you provided at checkout. The tracking number typically becomes available within a few days of shipment. You can also check the status on our online order tracking page.

The Tracking Site Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Package Yet
At times, postal tracking systems mark a package as delivered once it reaches your local post office, even though it hasn’t been delivered to you yet. Please allow a few more days for the postal service to bring it to your address, or contact your local post office, as they may be holding the package.

Yes, we ship worldwide daily and can reach most destinations across the globe.

How Long Does It Take for My Order to Ship Out?
All items require a handling period before being dispatched. Almost all of our orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

My Order Did Not Arrive on Time; What Should I Do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at support@fluxstar.store.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days.
    All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch during peak times.

How Is the Package Delivered?
Delivery method depends on your location and order type. Packages may be delivered to your door, mailbox, porch, or local post office. If the delivery can’t be made safely or no one is available, a notice will be left, and the package will be held at your local post office for pickup.

Return and Refunds

What If I Receive a Damaged Product?
If you have received a damaged product from our store, please send us photographic or video evidence of the damage, and we will send you a new working item right away, free of charge.

After Purchase

I've Entered the Wrong Shipping Address or Chosen the Wrong Variant! Can I Change It?
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us at support@fluxstar.store as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help. However, we can’t guarantee changes, as most orders are processed immediately and shipped the same or next day. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to intercept it, but please reach out anyway — we understand and will do what we can to assist.
Note: If we’re unable to cancel or reroute the order, we cannot issue a refund if the wrong address was provided.

My Package Is Stuck in Customs; What Can I Do?
Customs, postal services, and our store operate independently, so we are not responsible for any customs delays or charges. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific information on fees, please contact your local customs office. If your package is delayed in customs, we recommend calling your country’s customs office to request a release of your items.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Once an order is placed, it goes directly to our shipping department and typically processes within 1-3 business days. After processing, tracking information is updated, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
